SIZES?

We suggest that you put one of your favorite t-shirts or tops on a flat surface in the process of finding out your size.

You should measure the distance between neck and shoulder joint down to the lowest part to find the height, as well as the distance between your armpits to determine the width.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?

Wash with similar colors at a maximum of 30 celcius without bleaching. We suggest that you iron on the reverse side for maximum longevity.

BAGS:
We don't recommend that you wash or dry clean your bag because the straps and base were made of faux leather. You can wipe it with a soft, moist cloth or use white soap if it's too dirty. Using chemicals that include bleach, such as detergents or rubbing the bag with a cloth that has a hard surface can not only cause serious damage to the fabric and color but also lead to the loss of its water-repellent characteristic.

TSHIRTS:
You should wash them at a maximum of 30 degrees with similar colors and make sure you don’t use bleach. *We recommend you turn the items inside out to help the print last longer. The same rule applies for ironing as well.

BEANIES:
They are supposed to be hand-washed in cold water with no bleach. Make sure you lay them on a surface to dry so that the fabric won’t stretch.

SWEATSHIRTS:
You should wash them the textured side on the inside at a maximum of 30 degrees with similar colors and make sure you don’t use bleach. If the textured surface is on the outside, the threads might touch zippers or buttons in the washing machine, causing the threads to come off. *You should iron them with the print on the inside to help it last longer.

CREATIVE HOODIES:
You should wash them at a maximum of 30 degrees with similar colors and make sure you don’t use bleach. *We recommend you turn the items inside out to help the print last longer. The same rule applies for ironing as well.

ZIP HOODIES:
You should wash them at a maximum of 30 degrees with similar colors and make sure you don’t use bleach.

SHIPPING

WHICH SHIPPING COMPANIES DO YOU WORK WITH?

Domestic shipments in Turkey are handled with Aras Kargo and Yurtiçi Kargo; and international shipments are handled with UPS, DHL and PTS.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Within Turkey, 1-3 business days. For international shipments, delivery time varies from 2 to 7 business days, if not stuck at custom check procedure at the destination.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping cost is not applied for Turkey and some other countries as well. On the other hand, for some international deliveries, additional shipping fees might be added to the total order amount. For more detail about shipment costs for countries, please click.

Those items for shipment to countries outside of the Turkey may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. You may contact to your customs office for more information about delivering packages from Turkey.

RETURN POLICY

HOW CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We take full reponsibility over our products. Therefore we offer our clients 100% return warranty. If by any reason you're not pleased with the product you can send it to return in 1 year.

If you want to return it you can create your request by using "My Orders" screen or "Order Tracking" pages after logging into your account (Please just add your order number in the package.).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND AFTER A RETURN?

We'll refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method. Your money will be refunded within 3-10 working days depending on your payment methods policy.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH A REFUND IN THE CAMPAIGN ORDER?

If a campaign order is canceled or refunded, given the campaign conditions continue to be met, a refund or exchange is made before the cancellation of the campaign. However, if the return and replacement products do not satisfy the campaign conditions, the campaign will be canceled and the fee related to the product return will be made considering the cancellation of the campaign.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE SECURE PAYMENT?

All your transactions are processed using SSL. KAFT does not save any credit card information or personal information and also not share with any third parties.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

As long as we don’t ship your order, you can cancel it any time you want. If not shipped yet, you can find your order at this page and just click to cancel order. If your order already shipped, you need to send an e-mail to order@kaft.com by indicating your reason for seeking the cancellation, as well as your order number.

DO I HAVE TO BECOME A MEMBER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you don’t. You can place an order any time you want, even if you are not a member. But remember, our members benefit from a great many discounts and campaigns, and receive updates in new designs and developments with regard to KAFT.

HOW CAN I FOLLOW MY ORDER?

You can check the status of your order by logging to your account to access "My Orders" or by using your order number and email at the check order status page.

MEMBERSHIP

I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?

This may be caused by a few reasons;

You have entered a wrong e-mail address. Unless you remember the e-mail address that you have entered in the course of signing up, there is nothing we can do. In this case, you need to sign up again or contact us on info@kaft.com.

You have entered a wrong password. In this case, you can refresh your password by using the "I forgot my password" link.

If you are a new member and have yet to click on the activation address which is indicated on the e-mail that was sent to you, you cannot access your account. You need to click on the activation address once in order to enter.

If you are unable to enter despite having followed all of the above-mentioned steps correctly, please contact us on info@kaft.com.

CAN I PERMANENTLY DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

You can certainly do this :( For this purpose, please click on your user name on the upper right side of page to be directed to the relevant page. You can permanently delete your account by clicking on "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" button on the lower part of the page.
