    We don't recommend that you wash or dry clean your bag because the straps and base were made of faux leather. You can wipe it with a soft, moist cloth or use white soap if it's too dirty. Using chemicals that include bleach, such as detergents or rubbing the bag with a cloth that has a hard surface can not only cause serious damage to the fabric and color but also lead to the loss of its water-repellent characteristic.

    Which shipping companies do you work with?

    Domestic shipments in Turkey are handled with Yurtiçi Kargo and Aras Kargo; and international shipments are handled with UPS, DHL and PTS.

    How long does delivery take?

    Within Turkey, 1-3 business days. For international shipments, delivery time varies from 2 to 7 business days, if not stuck at custom check procedure at the destination.

    How much do you charge for shipping?

    Shipping cost is not applied for Turkey and some other countries as well. On the other hand, for some international deliveries, additional shipping fees might be added to the total order amount. For more detail about shipment costs for countries, please view.

    Those items for shipment to countries outside of the Turkey may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. You may contact to your customs office for more information about delivering packages from Turkey.

    How can i return an item?

    When will i receive the refund after a return?

    We issue a refund using the same payment method you used when placing your order. Your money will be refunded within 3-10 working days depending on your payment methods policy.

    What happens if I’d like to return an item at a discount?

    If an item at a discount is refunded, given the campaign conditions continue to be met, a refund is made without the cancellation of the campaign. However, if the return products do not meet the campaign conditions, the campaign will be canceled and a fee will be charged for return item, taking into account the cancellation of the campaign.

    I can't access my account?

    This may be caused by a few reasons;
    You have entered a wrong e-mail address. Unless you remember the e-mail address that you have entered in the course of signing up, there is nothing we can do. In this case, you need to sign up again or contact us on

    Order Process

    How do I sign up?

    You can easily sign up by clicking on the Login > Join Kaft buttons on the upper right of the page, entering an active e-mail address and creating a password, and confirming the activation e-mail sent to you.

    What should I pay attention to while signing up?

    Make sure that your e-mail address is correct. As we send order and shipping notifications via e-mail, you must add an e-mail address you use actively.

    Can I place an order without signing up?

    Yes, you can order without signing up too. After adding items to your cart, go with the “Continue as a guest” option in the checkout section.

    How can I place an order?

    How can I add my shipping and billing address?

    On the checkout page, you can enter your delivery address and select one of the shipping options on the same page.

    If you’d like to choose or add a different address for billing, please tick off the “Use my shipping info as billing info.”

    Note: The product’s price tag is not included in the package. We send the invoice via e-mail to the same e-mail address added while you are placing your order.

    Which payment methods can I use?

    You can select the  CREDIT CARD,  DEBIT CARD,  PAYPAL  options. After filling out your required information, tick the “I have read and accepted Pre-Information Form & Distant Sales Agreement and agree to the terms & conditions” part and click the checkout button to complete your order.

    Note: Cash on delivery is not an option.

    Can I add a gift-pack while placing my order?

    We do not have a gift-pack option.

    You can add a gift note by ticking the “Add gift note” button on the Shipping and Payment step. A gift card with exchange information will be added to the order along with your gift note.

    What should I pay attention to while paying by debit or credit card?

    While paying by bank/credit card securely, the 3D security code sent by the bank must be entered on time correctly.

    If the password is not transmitted, there may be a problem with your bank. You can contact your bank.

    If the password is not entered, the payment will be suspended/pending in the system for a short time, then it will be canceled, and the products will be returned to the cart. There is no amount received in this case.

    Suppose the payment is not confirmed even though the incoming password is entered. In that case, you can try again by checking whether the limit is sufficient, whether your card is open for shopping online, and whether your card information has been added completely.

    What should I pay attention to while paying with wire transfer?

    When the wire transfer payment is selected, our bank information is displayed on the screen and sent to you by e-mail. You can enter your order number in the description section, the recipient name as KAFT Design, add IBAN, and make the payment transfer to our account. We will check the payment and update the order status within a few hours.

    Payments made after 18:00 on weekdays and weekends are checked on the first business day, and the order status is updated. We send the order process and shipping details via e-mail.

    Note: After the order is completed - although it does not happen very often - during the preparation step, if there is a stock problem with the product you purchased, we contact you and communicate about choosing a new product or getting a refund for that item.

    How can I check the status of my order?

    You can check the status of your order on your profile on the My Orders page after logging in, on the Order Status page (, or on the e-mails we sent.

    Updating Details During Order Process

    What can I do if I have a problem with logging in?

    If you cannot log in to your account to check your order, please check if you have activated your account first. If you forget your password, click on Forgot password button to request a new password from the system and log in with the password provided via e-mail.

    If you’d like to change your password or e-mail address, you can go to Login Preferences and update both.

    Can I make any changes to my order or cancel it?

    If you want to make changes in your order or delivery details before your order is shipped, or if you want to cancel your purchase and cancel your order, you can send it to by including your order number and request. We will check and reply as soon as possible.

    In which conditions can I exchange an item?

    Exchange can be done for the products within the same collection.

    Note: This rule applies to the orders if it is a gift as well. Exchange cannot be done between different product categories. If a refund is requested, the refund is issued to the account made during the order automatically, and an e-mail is sent to the e-mail address used during the order.

    How long will my exchange process last?

    It starts when we receive your package.

    We process the exchange requests once we receive your package. An information e-mail is sent, including the new shipping details, the next day at the latest.

    How long will my return process last?

    It starts when we receive your package. The amount is automatically transferred to the used card account. When it’s done, an information e-mail will be sent, and the refund will be issued to your account within 1-7 business days.

    For orders placed by wire transfer, the name of the account holder and IBAN must be added as a note while submitting a request. If it is not added, we’ll contact you for further information. Refunds are transferred to the bank account provided on Wednesday and Friday.

    What happens if I’d like to return an item at a discount?

However, if the return and replacement products do not meet the campaign conditions, the campaign will be canceled and a fee will be charged for return item, taking into account the cancellation of the campaign.

    The current invoice for the remaining product is issued and sent by e-mail.

    *In Tee Machine 3 buy 2 pay campaign, a single product cannot be returned or exchanged for a different design. You can request a size change in the same design or send all three items for a refund.

    How can I make an update in case of any mistakes in the Order Summary step?

    If you’d like to review your order details right before checking out, change something, or think there is something incorrect:

    • You can go back to the Cart Summary and change the items or their quantities in your cart.
    • You can change the payment options in the Shipping and Payment.
    • You can change the address information in the Delivery Address section, add and save different addresses by clicking the “Add new address” button.
