1. How do I purchase my Gift Card?

You can add the Gift Card to your cart like any other product. All you have to do is write down the recipient’s e-mail address and pick a time of delivery. When it’s time, the Gift Card will be sent to the recipient automatically per e-mail. You will be sent an e-mail notification at the same time.

2. How do I use my Gift Card?

Just enter your Gift Card code in the "Enter gift card or promo code" box on the cart detail page.

3. What happens if I don’t use the whole balance on my Gift Card?

The remaining amount will be ready for use with your following order.

4. What happens if the total amount exceeds the balance on my Gift Card?

After spending the total amount on the Gift Card, you can complete the rest via one of our payment options (credit card, bank card or money transfer).

5. Can a Gift Card be returned?

No, but you can receive a partial or full refund for the order you made with your Gift Card. The refund will be added to your Gift Card balance.

6. Can a single order contain both a Gift Card and other items?

Yes, you can purchase both the items you've picked and as many Gift Cards as you like altogether. The items will be shipped to the address of your choice. The Gift Card will be sent to the recipient address you indicated.

7. How long is the Gift Card valid for?

Forever!

8. Can I purchase and use a Gift Card as an international customer?

You can purchase your Gift Card in all types of currency and use it in whichever country you like. There is only one rule; you can use the Gift Card only in the type of currency you used when you purchased it (e.g., if you made your purchase in USD, you have to spend the amount in USD).
