When will my order be delivered?
International: Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures, but we typically deliver to many parts of the world within 2–7 business days. To see the list of countries we ship to, you can check here.
How much is the shipping fee?
For Turkey and selected countries, shipping is free for orders above a certain cart total. For some international shipments, an additional shipping fee may apply depending on the destination country. You can review the detailed country-based shipping fee table here.
Those items for shipment to countries outside of the Turkey may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. You may contact to your customs office for more information about delivering packages from Turkey.

How can I Return an item?
If you’re not satisfied with your product for any reason or if the size doesn’t fit, no worries. As long as the product is unused, unwashed, and with tags attached, you can request a free Return within 30 days from the delivery date.
How do I start a Return request?
1. If you are a member, log in and submit your request from the “My Orders” page (or via the “Order Tracking” page).
2. If you checked out as a guest, you can still submit a request via the “Find Your Order ” page by entering your order number and email address.
3. Once your request is created, you can send the package to us free of charge (cash on delivery) using one of our contracted courier codes below:.

After shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can initiate a return once the product is delivered to you.

Why can’t I log into my account?
*Email: Make sure you’re using the email address you registered with.
*Password: If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page and create a new one via the link sent to your email.
*Activation: If you’re a new member, you may not have clicked the activation link in the Welcome Email we sent you.

This guide summarizes the full technical process and your legal rights—from placing an order to receiving your product.
Order Creation Steps
1. Product Selection: Add your favorite designs to the cart.
2. Membership: Log in or continue as a guest.
4. Gift Option: If your order is a gift, use the “Add Gift Note” option during checkout. A change card and your note will be included.
Things to Watch During Payment
Bank Transfer Checks:
*Transfers made on weekdays before 6PM are approved the same day.
*Weekend transfers are approved on the next business day.
Final Check: Before confirming your order, review your cart, address, and payment details one last time.
Delivery & Stock Status
*Shipping: Orders placed on weekdays before 4PM and Saturdays before 12PM are usually shipped the same day. (Sunday orders are processed on Monday.)
*Possible Stock Issues: In rare cases, if a product appears in stock but runs into a stock error during preparation, we’ll contact you immediately to offer an alternative or a refund.
Return & Exchange Process (Technical)
*Members: Submit your request via My Orders.
*Guests: Use the Find Your Order page with your order number and email address.
*Alternative (QR): You can also scan the QR code on the back of the invoice included in your package for quick access.
Legal Rights & Agreements
Contract Storage: The Pre-Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement you approve are stored in KAFT systems for 3 years A copy is also sent to your email after purchase.
Privacy: Your personal data is safe with us. You can review our Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement via the relevant links.
Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in your place of residence, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade.
