Within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, I hereby expressly consent to receiving commercial electronic communications from Kaft Tasarım Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company”) via phone calls, short message service (SMS), and/or email, regarding all kinds of campaigns, advertisements, promotions, discounts, promotional activities, prize draws, gifts, celebrations, and customer satisfaction activities, and other marketing activities related to the products and services offered by the Company.

In this context, I expressly consent to the processing of my personal data, including my name, surname, and contact details, by the Company for the purpose of sending commercial electronic communications, and to the transfer of such data to communication service providers from which the Company procures services for this purpose.
