As Kaft Tasarım Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), this Commercial Electronic Communication Information Notice is intended to fulfill our disclosure obligation under the Personal Data Protection Law (“Law”).

In this context, the matters regarding which we are required to provide you with information are as follows:

2. The Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data in the categories of first name-last name and e-mail address provided to the Company shall be processed, subject to your explicit consent, for the purposes of executing advertising, campaign, and promotion processes; performing marketing activities for products and services; planning and executing activities aimed at customer satisfaction; and sending commercial electronic communications (calls, SMS, and e-mail) containing advertisements, campaigns, and promotions regarding our Company's products and services. Your personal data are stored for the periods prescribed in the relevant legislation and within the scope of obligations arising from the legislation on commercial electronic communications.

3. To Whom and For Which Purposes the Processed Personal Data May be Transferred by the Company

Your personal data in the “Communication” category will be transferred to a third-party service provider located abroad, from whom services are obtained for the purpose of sending commercial communications, in order to fulfill the objectives of conducting advertising, campaign, and promotional processes, as well as marketing processes for products and services, in accordance with the Law and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Transfer of Personal Data Abroad.

4. Method and Legal Basis of the Collection of Personal Data

Your personal data is collected electronically via forms on our website using automated or partially automated methods and is processed based on your explicit consent in accordance with Article 5 of the Law for the purposes of sending commercial electronic communications and conducting marketing activities.

5. Rights of the Data Subject Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law

(a) To find out if your personal data is being processed; (b) To request information about your personal data if it has been processed; (c) To find out the purpose of processing of your personal data and whether it has been used in connection with its purpose; (ç) To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in or out of the country; (d) To request that your personal data be corrected if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed; (e) To request that your personal data be erased or destroyed if the reasons for the processing of your personal data have been removed; (f) To request to notify transactions mentioned in paragraphs (d) and (e) To third parties to whom your personal data are transmitted; (g) To object to the opposite consequences of the action by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems; and (ğ) To demand that your damages be remedied if you have been harmed because your personal data has been processed in violation of the Law.
